De Santiago & Sons Incorporated operates under the name "ColdSolutions," which serves the coastal bend area of Texas in heating, venting, air conditioning, and commercial refrigeration. Our company specializes in commercial and industrial servicing, and installation. In addition, ColdSolutions offers these maintenance to residential properties as well. The goal of ColdSolutions is not a one time business transaction, but to build a working relationship, providing quality service and solutions at reasonable prices. All ColdSolutions technicians are trained and educated in their field of expertise, ensuring integrity in all of the work and legal agreements our company engages in
